During the daytime, Patent Pending is just a little coffee shop in Nomad. But at 5pm, they start seating people in a bar that’s hidden in the back. It’s a cool space, with a row of booths and a bar - but it isn’t very big, and it fills up quickly. They also only take reservations for parties of 4-6, so you should get here early if want a seat. The space itself is dark and candlelit, and you should bring either a date or a couple of friends when you want to hang out somewhere with good (albeit pricey) cocktails.

Death & Co

Death & Co. feels like it was built just for us. The drink list is ridiculous…it’s nearly impossible to settle on something because each beverage is intriguing and awesome. And thankfully the food doesn’t suck either.

The NoMad Bar

Thanks to the prices, this casual(ish) bar in The NoMad hotel probably isn’t a place that you can afford to visit often. But when you do, eat dessert.
