Ode to Babel

Ode to Babel is a bar/shop/venue in Prospect Heights that feels like a neighborhood clubhouse. They host events here (like live music), and when you stop by for a drink there might be a DJ. The space is pretty small, but there are some couches to hang out on, and it doesn’t seem to get too crazy. Bring a date here. It feels different than your average spot, and you should be able to hear one another just fine. They also do small plates, and the music will be better than whatever they’re playing at Franklin Park.
