Nickel & Diner is meant to feel like an old-school diner, though there’s only so much looks can do to make you forget you’re drinking nitro cold brew and eating a kale cashew bowl for breakfast. That said, this new spot in Chinatown (from the same people behind the nearby poké spot Chikarashi) has a great vibe, and is a highly useful spot for breakfast, lunch, or brunch.
