They also have plenty of vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, everything-free options. Get your food to go, or sit down and eat something with a bunch of hummus. Somehow, the Blue Ribbon brand’s new spot is just as excellent as its other outposts, despite being in a Midtown hotel. This place is, however, insanely expensive.
The Grill is the revamp of the legendary Four Seasons restaurant, run by the people behind Carbone. It’s very similar, very expensive, and worth it.
