Keika Ramen is a counter-service spot jammed into the alleyway between a police station and a doctor’s office in Forest Hills. It’s also the first NYC location of a renowned ramen restaurant chain from Japan. On a weekday, the bright yellow patio tables at Keika are the ideal place to dig into a top-notch bowl of tonkatsu ramen in the area. But you can also pick up a bowl full of their bouncy and soft ramen noodles soaked in creamy tonkatsu broth to take home for dinner.

Momofuku Noodle Bar 2.0 (in the Time Warner Center) still has a downtown feel, and the food is really good.

Ivan Ramen is an extremely popular ramen spot that started in Japan, and has become a classic Lower East Side restaurant.

Three blocks from the Barclays Center, Chuko is not only an ideal pre-game move, but our favorite ramen joint in Brooklyn.
