Kailash Parbat has food from almost every region of India and even a few dishes beloved by the diaspora in Singapore (where they have another location). If you follow a Jain diet, they’ve got you covered there too. Definitely order the chaat platter to pass around the table, and try the paneer and kebab platters if you’ve got a bigger group. The chole bhatura fulfills all of our fried bread fantasies, and even though the bhaturas are huge, you’ll probably eat one plain before you even get to the chole and have to order another on the side.
