This restaurant is cash-only, and it isn’t the sort of place you go to up your Instagram game. The napkins are paper, and, with a few exceptions, the kitchen doesn’t really care how your food looks. They do care how it tastes, however - and if you need a romantic neighborhood spot to eat too much pasta, octopus, and the quesadilla-like Italian flatbreads known as “piadina,” get dinner at Il Passatore. The prices are very reasonable, and there’s a backyard for summertime dining.
