We’re always looking to make The Infatuation the best platform to find restaurants, and we appreciate your feedback!

Hi Infatuation reader. Due to coronavirus, many cities around the world have limited all restaurants and bars to takeout and delivery. We’re continuing to update our site with guides to getting something great to eat at home and community resources to help support the restaurant industry. Click here to learn more. Stay tuned, and stay well.

Hanoi House

119 St Marks Pl

New York, New York 10009

You can find some of our favorite summer rolls in the city at Hanoi House - a casual Vietnamese restaurant on the significantly-less wild part of St. Marks (by the park). This restaurant has consistently impressed everyone we bring here. In addition to the summer rolls, it’s very important that you order the rich beef pho. It comes with a combination of filet mignon and brisket, and you won’t be able to stop thinking about it for at least 32 hours.

Hanoi House makes the best bowl of pho in New York City. You can try to fight us on this, or you can just go to this restaurant and try it for yourself. They also do the best summer rolls we’ve ever had, and a few other incredible entrees you should try on return visits. This is a quintessential great East Village restaurant - small, casual, friendly, and somewhere you wish you could come back to weekly.

Hanoi House is joining forces with its more casual sister restaurant, Hanoi Soup Shop, to make its fantastic pho available for delivery. Our favorite is the beef pho, which lets off soup’s equivalent of pheromones as steam rises from the incredibly rich broth, and comes with your choice of two meats, like oxtail and filet mignon.
