There are a few Ground Central locations in Midtown and Fidi, and they all look kind of like nice, cool pubs. A couple of them even have couches and armchairs and bookshelves filled with books that may or may not have words in them. If you have to get some work done at at a coffee shop in Midtown, try the location on 52nd Street. It has a nice seating area in the back, and, like every other location, there are sandwiches, salads, and a ton of pastries.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill
Somehow, the Blue Ribbon brand’s new spot is just as excellent as its other outposts, despite being in a Midtown hotel. This place is, however, insanely expensive.
Milos is a Midtown Greek restaurant specializing in fresh fish shipped in from the Mediterranean daily. It's pricey for dinner, but lunch is a steal.
Kunjip is a Koreatown favorite, Perfect For a quick meal before you head to Madison Square Garden.
The best way for us to give you the lowdown on this place is to explain that it's really two different experiences: the bar, and the dining room. One is a three course, prixe fixe fine dining experience, the other sleek, more relaxed, often features some Action at the Bar. If you're going, go big and eat in the dining room.
