Existing Conditions is an experimental cocktail bar in Greenwich Village from some of the people behind Booker & Dax and PDT. There’s a no-standing policy here, and you can’t reserve, so expect a wait. You’ll find drinks like a waffle-infused bourbon (which tastes more like heavily buttered toast than a waffle - or bourbon), and bottled martinis you get from a vending machine. The bar food is skippable, but if you go out of your way for unique cocktail experiences, this place is worth a try.
