El Chivito D'Oro
El Chivito D’Oro is an Uruguayan restaurant on 37th Ave in Jackson Heights, and when you walk inside you’ll see a big grill covered in sausages and various other pieces of meat. The signature order is the parrillada, which comes with a big pile of steak, sweetbreads, and a few kinds of sausages on a platform-like platter, and we highly recommend it. Just be aware that the parrillada “for one” will feed more like three to four people.
