Doris is a casual cocktail bar with some serious action on weekends. It feels like the sort of place you’d find in the East Village or the LES, and that should give a good idea of the crowd you’ll find here. Mostly, it’s young people looking to meet other young people, and it gets busy late at night. If you’re looking to get rowdy in a dark room (and maybe eat a grilled cheese), this is one of your best options in Bed-Stuy. They also play music from vinyl, and there’s a nice backyard with a ping pong table.
