Doc Watson’s is a bar on the Upper East Side with street seating out front, a long bar inside, and a small beer garden out back. They do a solid Happy Hour during the week until 7pm and after 11pm, along with nightly specials on bar food. On the weekends, if you’re looking to get brunch while watching sports on TV, you can get food with two drinks for $16.
