Australians are taking over Manhattan, and their reach has officially stretched all the way to the UWS, with this downtown-feeling bar that can only be described as an industrial saloon. Whether or not that appeals to you, the cocktails here are solid, and the two-for-one drinks and $1 oyster offer at Happy Hour (till 8pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends) is hard to argue with.
