Blank Cafe is a counter-service spot full of people wearing headphones and working on laptops - but its similarity to other all-day cafes ends there. This place is a block from the water in Williamsburg, and serves Japanese comfort food dishes ranging from an omelette with roe in the morning to curry udon later in the day. During Happy Hour (2-6pm daily) there are deals on beer, wine, and sake, and if you decide to take your headphones off at any point, you’ll hear music like Lou Reed and the Talking Heads.
