This pop-up sets up shop at La Fonda in East Harlem on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday—and they’re available for delivery throughout the city every other day of the week. Any number of classics might show up on the menu—jackfruit pernil, mofonguitos made with walnut and mushroom meat, "vistec" encebollado, and the dish we’d stalk them throughout the city for: jackfruit chicharrón.
