Located in the lobby of the Carlyle Hotel, Bemelmans is a classic piano bar out of another era. If you want to pretend you’re in a hybrid Gossip Girl and F. Scott Fitzgerald novel, this is the place to do it. All it will cost you is $25 a drink. If you’re okay with that, it’s worth the occasional splurge.
