Back Alley Bread is a delivery-only bakery born out of the COVID pandemic. The owners are two chefs who worked at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and The Grill respectively before the pandemic hit. They’ve invented a new pastry called the angel donut, which is available for delivery in several Brooklyn neighborhoods, along with homemade biscuits, honey buns, and bread loaves you can add to your cart on their website.
