Apollonia
This spot is Permanently Closed.
Apollonia is a restaurant in East Williamsburg from the people behind Walter’s and Karasu, and it’s an attractive space with a mostly-white color scheme, various potted plants, and a little nook at the front where you’ll want to host a dinner party. The menu is Mediterranean, which means that you can eat octopus, pasta, roast chicken, and a little gem salad. Whatever you do, start with the scallop crudo and a plate of serrano ham. Bring a date who appreciates nice-looking places, or just grab a seat the bar, have a snack and a glass of wine, and try to become a regular here.
