Some ramen places are big, noisy, and tough to get into. At Andante, this is not the case. It’s just a little space in Williamsburg with a few tables, a classical soundtrack, and a few different regional styles of ramen. They have shio and shoyu, as well as some other types from Hokkaido and Kumamoto. We like the kind with a spicy peanut butter broth, and we also like the seats at the counter where you can watch all the ramen being made. Try this place for a casual weeknight sort of thing, or stop by for a quick meal before you go out drinking in Williamsburg.
