Want to know which Jersey City restaurants are open for delivery and takeout? You’re in the right place.

As many NYC restaurants pivot to different takeout and/or delivery options, we think that it’s important to keep track of them all. Because even though you can’t eat at restaurants, you can still support them by ordering their food.

Point out that Razza isn’t a designated cultural landmark, and we’ll point out a Jersey City government commissioner who’s on a no-carb diet. This phenomenal pizza spot is offering about six of their pies, as well as some rotating daily specials, for pickup from 3-8pm every day except Monday.

If all Bread & Salt were only offering bread, we’d still go out of our way to get it. But this Jersey City pizza spot is also serving grocery items like its fantastic tomato sauce, fresh ricotta, and four types of olive oil. Order anytime Monday through Friday for pickup between 12-4pm on Saturday.

Pet Shop feels like a living room that’s been converted into a bar, and the same can be said about your apartment at the moment. It probably doesn’t have Pet Shop’s hanging birdcage or back patio, but at least it can have this Newark Avenue spot’s natural wines and vegetarian bar snacks, which are available for delivery from 4-9pm everyday except Monday.

While the combo with various deli meats, fresh mozzarella, and crunchy, chewy bread is our favorite sandwich here, there’s no wrong way to order at this deli in The Heights. Order any or all of the five subs offered here by calling in an order for pickup at 201-653-1666.

There’s a professional sumo camp in Chiba, Japan, and we imagine that a standard order in its cafeteria might be four burgers with a side of cheese fries. It’s also a typical order at White Mana in Jersey City. That's because the very thin smash burgers at this classic diner, which originally opened at the 1939 World’s Fair, are only a little bigger than sliders, and about as filling. They're $1.30 each, so four of them with a side of cheese fries will cost you less than $10. You can order at the takeaway window from 8am-6pm daily.

Ani Ramen has launched two temporary popups - Rock City Pizza and Bang Bang Chicken - serving pizzas and Thai rotisserie chicken. They’re available for takeout or delivery, and when you order through Be Awesome Feed Somebody, you have the option to donate a pizza or rotisserie chicken to frontline workers at discounted prices.

Biryani Darbar serves 15 different biryanis, but no matter which protein you go with, you’re going to get a giant mound of perfectly spiced rice that’s fantastic on its own. All 15 types, along with the rest of the menu at this spot in India Square, are available for pickup or delivery every day.

You’re ordering from Bobwhite because you want fried chicken in your hands as soon as possible, but when you order pickup or delivery from their location in Paulus Hook, you can also get a few frozen menu items, like chicken and sausage gumbo or mac and cheese for four, that you can heat up whenever you like.

Just as the “Angry Chicken” with guanciale and chilis always needs to be on your table when you go to Corto, it needs to be on your kitchen table when you order takeout. Order it for pickup or delivery between 12 and 6pm from this spot in The Heights, along with a DIY kit of any of their fantastic pastas.

Cellar 335 is offering beer, wine, and liquor for pickup or delivery. Call 201-222-1422 between 11am-3pm to place your order, and it’ll be delivered between 3-6pm. All of the proceeds go to the restaurant’s staff, and with every order over $100, you get a tiki mug and a $25 gift card.

Our favorite dish at Citi Grill, a West African spot in McGinley Square, is the extremely tender michoui lamb that’s served on the bone with a side of plantains. But no matter what you order - delivery is available every day from noon-11pm - you’re going to get a lot of delicious food for around $15.

Domodomo is offering sushi and handroll sets from 11:30am-7pm every day for curbside pickup. You can get 16 pieces of high-quality sushi with edamame and a salad for $18, and add a cup of sake for $5 more.

Frankie is one of our favorite spots to drink natural wine in Jersey City, and now that this Australian spot is offering delivery, you can drink a half bottle of orange wine from Maryland or a sparkling wine from Mexico in your apartment. They’re also serving high-end bar food, including a very good double cheeseburger with thick-cut fries.

As its name suggests, this downtown Italian spot focuses on pasta. Pick-up fresh pastas and sauces from their retail counter, and listen to the person behind the bar recommend sauces like a sommelier recommends wine. You can also order fully prepared dishes for delivery Wednesday through Saturday, including hand-cut fettuccine with mushroom ragu, or ravioli filled with slow-braised short rib (our favorite pasta here).

Like Hamilton Pork next door, which is from the same people, Hamilton Inn is offering pickup or delivery on its menu all day long. Instead of BBQ, this American spot focuses on bar food, like very good burgers and wings, or a French dip sandwich made with filet mignon.

Whether you’re looking for a rack of ribs in the middle of the day, or brisket and cornbread at dinner, order pickup or delivery from Hamilton Pork.

Honshu has set menu options, like 18 pieces of sashimi for $25, as well as lunch specials, like one that includes your choice of three different rolls for $16. Those and the rest of the very long menu are available every day for pickup by calling the restaurant at 201-324-2788.

Latham House is serving an abbreviated version of its American menu - with dishes like shrimp and corn cakes, and mac and cheese with four types of cheese - every day until 8:30pm. On weekends, they also offer their brunch menu for delivery and pickup until 4pm.

In The Heights, Low Fidelity is offering its delicious Detroit-style pizzas for pickup and delivery via a link on their Instagram. You can also order any of their canned beers or bottles of wine for 25% off.

Rather than deciding between cookies and ice cream at MilkSugarLove, just order an ice cream sandwich, like the one with coffee cream packed between two fresh chocolate chip cookies. Whether you go with one of those, or you just order everything, you can have it delivered from their location in Hamilton Park or The Heights.

Mordi’s serves very good, very filling subs, sandwiches, and burgers in Bergen-Lafayette. You can place an order for delivery on Uber Eats or pick-up by calling 551-697-4805 from 10am-8pm daily.

No Forks Given is a food truck that serves massive cheesesteaks and fried chicken sandwiches. They offer delivery via Uber Eats and pickup at 551-206-2060, but make sure to check their Instagram for daily hours.

Órale! Mexican Kitchen

Along with a giant pile of chicken tinga nachos or a platter of lamb tacos, you’re going to need something to drink. Orale has you covered with one-liter vodka tonics and DIY margarita kits. You can get all of it delivered by calling them at 201-333-0001.

Prato is a Tuscan bakery where you can get a focaccia sandwich filled with Italian meats and cheeses delivered at lunch, or pick up caffeine and snacks first thing in the morning.

The lamb tagine and beef shawarma at this downtown Lebanese spot are plenty of food for one person, but if you like leftovers or your roommates, you should also order a flatbread topped with ground lamb or lemon-marinated chicken. The whole menu is available for takeout or delivery by calling the restaurant at 201-360-3914.

Some of our favorite Mexican food in Jersey City is available for takeout or delivery from Taqueria Downtown. The tacos are great, but if you don’t feel like ordering six or seven of them to hit the $20 minimum, throw in a milanesa torta or chorizo quesadilla.

Venti is another food truck offering big sandwiches for delivery through Uber Eats and pickup by phone (201-616-9948). The specialty here is Italian sandwiches packed with things like chicken parm, prosciutto and roasted peppers, or mortadella and salami.

White Star is a neighborhood bar where you go for a burger, wings, and a bartender who’ll listen to you complain about your boss. You can still get the same great wings and burgers, but now you’ll need to eat them while complaining about your boss on Houseparty.

Like its location in Paulus Hook, White Star in Hamilton Park is also offering takeout and delivery. Order its excellent burgers and even better buffalo wings for takeout or delivery any day between 12-9pm.

Whether your go-to bagel order is plain with cream cheese or Taylor Ham and gruyere on a french toast bagel (don’t knock it until you’ve tried it), you’ll find what you’re looking for at Wonder Bagels. They have a bunch of locations, so order delivery from the one that’s most convenient to you.

Wurstbar serves fried cheese curds, poutine, and sausages topped with spicy chicken skins or ricotta and mayo. In other words, when you order delivery from this downtown bar, you should already be halfway through a stein of beer.
