Bottomless brunch satisfies a very specific desire—one of exuberance and recklessness. But before you start drinking like you’re a champagne heiress, you’ll need a few things. Money, for example, as well as a sense of limitless potential and a day free of plans (so you can take a nap at 3pm). Whatever your mimosa-fueled brunch requires, we support you.

The Deal: $21 for 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas until 4pm, with the purchase of one brunch item.

Pig & Khao feels like a party at dinner time, so imagine the debauchery 1.5 hours of lychee mimosas might cause in the not-so-sober light of day. To give you an idea of the kind of energy at this Lower East Side restaurant, we once spotted a sign outside that said “I like pig butts and I cannot lie.” There are four types of mimosas, cocktails with curry leaf and Thai chili tequila, and coconut water to keep you hydrated. The food is good too. Order a bánh xèo and sizzling sisig, or brioche french toast with coconut whipped cream.

The Deal: $22 for 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas with purchase of one entrée.

If you don’t feel like trekking to the LES for Pig & Khao’s party brunch, you can always go to Piggyback, their sister restaurant near Penn Station. There’s a lot more space here, and it’s set up like a clubhouse with multiple, mural-covered rooms, couches, and a big bar up front. You have an hour and a half to down as many mimosas as you can, and the disco soundtrack gets increasingly louder as the afternoon goes on. In addition to some of their all-day favorites, like smoked duck ramen, the brunch menu has stuff like a breakfast sandwich with Thai sausage, and a longanisa bowl.

The Deal: $28 for 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas, bellinis, or Bloody Marys with purchase of one entrée.

Lilly’s looks like the most popular bar in your college town, and it also gets packed with people looking to brunch like an undergrad. Not that it’s hard to fill this narrow Hell's Kitchen spot up. But the chaos is what makes Lilly's feel like a safe space to get increasingly more drunk and loud, until you finally end up singing along to “Come On Eileen” with the whole room. Choose from typical brunch fare, like breakfast sandwiches and steak and eggs, and know that they have a long, impressive tap list if you’re not in the mood for champagne.

The Deal: $25 for unlimited brunch cocktails, no time limit; $30 per person for five shareable brunch entrées for the table.

The next time you play hookey, start your “self-care” day in Nomad, at Hortus’s weekday brunch. They offer their brunch deal every single day of the week, starting at 10:30am on weekends and 11:30am on weekdays. You can order a la carte, but this Asian restaurant also offers an interesting format if you’re with a group. For $30 per person, your table can get five plates to share, choosing from things like mochi pancakes and galbi meatball sandwiches. Hortus has three floors and a bunch of booths, so try and convince your friends to ditch work too.

The Deal: $24 for 1 hour of unlimited mimosas with purchase of one entrée.

It's surprisingly easy to get a table at Dagon on a weekend afternoon, when the bright, plant-filled space reaches its full potential. This UWS restaurant serves upscale Mediterranean food, including thick labneh and well-spiced shakshuka. Be sure to order the big pull-apart kubaneh. If you don't, someone at your table will file a complaint.

The Deal: $25 for 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas, beer, or wine with purchase of one entrée, or $35 for additional unlimited drink options like sangria, Greek margaritas, and frosé.

Medusa Greek Taverna is a loud, neon-lit party in Park Slope, where you can ice out your hangover with frozen blue Greek margaritas. The special brunch concoction involves ouzo, tequila, triple sec, and curacao, and it’s the sort of drink that’ll have you requesting LMFAO songs from a decade ago. Try to get a seat out front and order some Greek chilaquiles to help slow your roll.

The Deal: $25 for 90 minutes of unlimited brunch cocktails or Budweisers with purchase of one entrée.

This Astoria gastropub has a large garden surrounded by trees, with picnic tables that are perfect for brunch with a group. Expect dishes like shrimp and grits, a brunch burger with a fried egg, and bacon-topped tater tots. The Bonnie gets really busy on weekends, so make a reservation ahead of time.

The Deal: $29 for 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas or sangria, or $45 for unlimited Estrella beer, Bloody Marys, or cava.

Boqueria’s bottomless brunch deal runs at all four of their locations, and the extensive Spanish menu includes some special brunch dishes in addition to their tapas. Try the brunch paella, with chicken, chorizo, and eggs, or order a tortilla española platter that comes with pan con tomate. This Flatiron restaurant is definitely a social spot, so come here with a small group that’s looking to stay the whole 90 minutes before stumbling out a little looser and louder than before.

The Deal: $30 for 90 minutes of unlimited brunch cocktails and one entrée. Brunch drinks include mimosas, Bloody Marys, and spiked iced tea.

Just because the primary objective of a bottomless brunch is drinking with friends, that doesn’t mean your meal has to consist of watery eggs or dry pancakes. Check out Ainslie, a three-floor beer garden serving prosciutto paninis and pancakes with sides of chocolate gelato near the Lorimer L stop in Williamsburg. A couple of dishes, like the brunch pizza and steak and eggs, will cost you a little extra, but if good food is a priority, this place is worth it.

Rustik Tavern

$$$$

The Deal: $35 for 90 minutes of unlimited select cocktails, wines, and beer with purchase of one entrée.

Weekend brunch at Rustik Tavern in Bed-Stuy is all about the ambience. This place has brick walls, warm lighting, a great patio, and a fine-tuned soundtrack based on the energy of the room—which means it might be Motown in the morning and heavy bass as the drinks keep flowing. The food is also great, and the fried deviled eggs are a must.

The Deal: $59 for 90 minutes of unlimited brunch plates and free-flowing brunch cocktails, or $49 for bottomless brunch plates only.

Don’t be too alarmed by the $55 price tag on the boozy brunch at Maya on the UES. In addition to free-flowing brunch cocktails, the deal includes unlimited plates from the starters, specialties, and dessert sections of the menu. They don’t restrict you to one type of cocktail, so you can have a Mexican Bloody Mary made with housemade sangrita then move on to a passion fruit mimosa and see where that ride takes you.

The Deal: $20 for 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas with the additional purchase of one entrée.

If you hit Lido in the evening, you’d just assume it was another reliable, slightly romantic neighborhood Italian place. And it is. But if you visit this Harlem spot on a weekend when it’s still light out, you’ll find a bottomless brunch situation that people take very seriously. For $20, you’ll get 90 minutes of all the mimosas you want, along with brunch food that’s much better than it needs to be after a series of never-ending mimosas.

The Deal: $49 cash (or $50.47 credit) for one entrée, and 90 minutes of bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys, or sangria.

Poco is a loud, crowded, and fun spot in the East Village for a party-time brunch. They have a 90-minute set menu deal for $49, which includes an entrée of your choice. The menu is full of Latin twists on brunch basics, like eggs benedict on arepas, and french toast topped with banana dulce leche.

The Deal: $24.95 for unlimited sangrias, mimosas, or bellinis, and every brunch entrée is $22.95

At Pil Pil on the UES, there are four options for bottomless brunch, all based on different regions of Spain. There are high-tops and barstools inside this cozy space, decorated with wine bottles, as well as some outdoor seating. If you’re in the area looking for somewhere to day-drink with a few friends in the neighborhood on a Saturday morning, this is the place to do it.

The Deal: $26 for one hour of unlimited mimosas.

Anyone who finds it tough to keep a cactus alive will be at a total loss when they step into the backyard of this American spot in Greenpoint. It’s filled with as many plants, trees, and ivy as a modest greenhouse, and it’s one of the most pleasant places to eat outside in Brooklyn. If that alone isn’t enough to convince you to stop by, the BEC biscuit and bottomless mimosa situation should provide some extra motivation.
