There’s A New Japanese Pop-Up In Bushwick

Enjoy mazemen and green yuzu margaritas on a bench in Maria Hernandez Park.

A ramen spot near Penn Station called Tonchin is running a pop-up series near Maria Hernandez Park in Bushwick. They’ll be working out of a kitchen on 191 Knickerbocker for three weekends in a row (starting June 20th and ending July 12th), and serving takeout dishes like three different kinds of mazemen, wings, and large-format cocktails like a green yuzu margarita. In addition to takeout and limited outdoor seating, Tonchin’s pop-up is offering delivery in the greater Brooklyn area. For more information on their hours and menu options, check out the dedicated Instagram page here.
