Zou Zou’s is a lively and modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant from chef Madeline Sperling and the Quality Branded team. The menu pulls influences from Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, and the kitchen centers around an expansive wood-fired oven–most of the dishes cooked over an open flame.

Hawksmoor is located in the recently restored and reopened Assembly Hall at the United Charities Building, a landmarked space which had been closed off to the public for over a century. Their menu revolves around all-natural, local, pasture-reared, dry-aged beef, sustainable seafood from the East coast, and small-farm produce, wherever possible–much of which is cooked over live charcoal.

Wayla is a subterranean restaurant on the Lower East Side by Bangkok-raised Chef Tom Naumsuwan. They serve homestyle Thai dishes and craft cocktails in a trendy space with a sprawling back garden.

Kimika is a large restaurant at the bottom of a Nolita hotel that serves great Japanese-Italian inspired dishes alongside an extensive cocktail menu.

Rooted deeply in Italian tradition, Fausto showcases modern variations on traditional, house-made pastas and time honored sauces, paired with a far-reaching wine program featuring Italy’s top producers alongside French and American selections.

Pasquale Jones is a restaurant on the corner of Mulberry and Kenmare Streets featuring wood-fired food, Neo-NY style pizza, and an extraordinary wine program.
