Mayor de Blasio has announced that NYC is on track to enter Phase 3 of its reopening on Monday, July 6th. That means that along with playing basketball in the park and getting your nails done, you can eat inside at restaurants, as places across the city will be allowed to reopen at 50% capacity. Tables will need to be spaced six feet apart, including in bar areas, and diners will need to wear masks when not seated.
