Uptown 66 Taqueria

This taco stand in MiMo has a menu of tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. We like their tacos quite a bit. There are four varieties filled to capacity with your choice of barbacoa, carnitas, chicken, or mushrooms. Whatever you get will be topped with radish slices, pickled onions, and cilantro. This is a takeout operation, but they have barrels outside so you can stand up and eat while watching cars whiz by on Biscayne Boulevard.
