ScapeGoat is a cocktail bar in South of Fifth that serves pretty good cocktails, wine, and beer. It’s very small - and on the weekends, it gets loud and can be tough to have a conversation. But it’s a solid Happy Hour option or a good place to kill time if you’re waiting for a table at Joe’s, which is just down the street.
