Temakase is a small sushi counter located in South Beach’s Sagamore hotel, and they specialize in hand rolls. They have some set menu options ranging from $22 for three handrolls to $48 for six. The handrolls are good - though a bit pricey - and they should really come with some sort of appetizer or additional course.
