Serena is a Mexican restaurant located on the roof of the Moxy hotel. They have a menu with things like sopes, tostadas, agua chiles - though nothing really stood out to us. The shrimp in our grilled shrimp tostada was a little overcooked, and the uni in the uni and crab tostada was oddly flavorless. But the space is pretty, with comfortable seating and some nice greenery. It’s on the second floor, so there isn’t much of a view, but Serena still could be an option for cocktails and a couple of small plates if you’re bouncing around South Beach, though prepare for a touristy crowd since this is a hotel restaurant.
