Pho 305 is a casual Vietnamese spot making one of the best bowls of pho you’ll find in the City of Miami. There are 14 pho options on the menu, and our favorite is the sirloin and brisket, which comes with thin slices of brisket and rare steak that cooks in its delicious broth. The small plates are great too. They make an excellent spring roll, fried tendon with a spicy dipping sauce, and solid vermicelli and rice plates. For dessert, there are several Vietnamese puddings, and the teas and juices are great—especially if you’ve gone a little too hard with one of the spicy sauces. It’s a quiet restaurant, so don’t expect much of an atmosphere—but you’re coming here for the food anyway.
