Perrology

Perrology is a food truck in Edgewater that sells vegan hot dogs that taste closer to a real hot dog than any meatless version we’ve ever tried. They serve six different versions, our first pick being the Colombian-style Parcito, which comes topped with pineapple sauce, cilantro sauce, fried onions, and “bacon” flakes, which are tasty even though we have no idea what they actually are. Perrology is just a little food truck, and there aren’t actually any tables in the parking lot where they set up, so expect to take it to-go or eat standing up. Still, it’s a good pitstop for a snack or late-night meal.
