Josh’s Premium Meats is a butcher shop located inside a nondescript warehouse just off Bird Road. Coming here feels very secretive, like it’s some sort of underground meat club. But this is very much a legitimate operation - and it’s the steak equivalent of a VIP section at E11even. Celebrating a promotion? Check out their fine selection of Australian wagyu. Want to put the other dads to shame at the neighborhood cookout? Buy a few wagyu hot dogs. Just won the lottery? Take a look at their olive-fed wagyu “umami” menu, specifically the $130 ribeye. After you’ve decided, a silent employee will emerge from the back with your luxury cut of beef a few seconds later, and you can leave knowing you’re about to eat some Tua Tagovailoa-approved steak.
