Hakkasan is one of the best places to eat inside the historic and incredibly touristy Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. The dark labyrinth of latticed nooks is not only one of the Bleau’s less chaotic dining options—it also serves some of Miami’s best (if not priciest) Hong Kong-style Chinese food. Get one of the dim sum steamer baskets and the solid Peking duck with housemade chun bing pancakes. Whatever you order, please splurge on a side of XO sauce, and maybe get some to take home, too.
