Foirette

Foirette is a vendor inside MIA Market that specializes in rotisserie chicken. And one amazingly brilliant thing they do with that chicken is make a great pulled chicken sandwich with tender strips of chicken, scallion, cucumber, avocado, and a chili bonito aioli. There are more good small plates here, like boquerones and charcuterie. It’s a one of the neighborhood’s better lunch options.
