Crust is an Italian restaurant in Downtown Miami right along the Miami River. Sadly, there’s no waterfront view here - even if you decide to sit outside - and while the menu includes some very recognizable Italian things, it’s a bit difficult to navigate. The eggplant parm under the “small plates” section is actually the size of an air mattress and will fill you up before the pizza arrives, which might actually be a good thing because the pizza here is bad and slightly soggy. You can skip this spot with confidence, even if you’re craving the world’s biggest eggplant parm appetizer.
