Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau is like an odd little tourist theme park. And while the Bleau has a somewhat deserved reputation for being a den of ratchetera, there is actually some good food inside this complex of bachelor parties. Case in point: Chez Bon Bon, a great little patisserie hiding in the lobby. They have everything from caramel corn and chocolate chip cookies to entremets worthy of Marie Antoinette and a lovely key lime tart. It’s a shiny, fancy spot—but even if you don’t know or care what an entremet is, you’ll probably like everything here. The flavors are approachable and if you do get dragged to the Fontainebleau while fulfilling your bridesmaid duties, this place will make the trip better.
