Breadman is one of the best Cuban bakeries in Miami, and that’s saying something considering how many Cuban bakeries there are in Miami. They do excellent versions of classics like croquetas, pastelitos, and Cuban bread. They also invented the croqueta cake, which, depending on your own personal preferences, is either a brilliant or terrifying idea.
