Esters Fair Prospect

There’s a short menu of oysters and ceviche, but you’re here for the tiki drinks. We’re talking about cocktails like the Mercury in Retrograde, with mezcal, Aperol, a pineapple-coconut shrub, lime, and absinthe. Naturally, you’ll also find a long list of rums.
