Wake & Late is a DTLA breakfast burrito specialist, making five different kinds of burritos - and nothing else. The Bad Man is our move here - it involves medium-rare sirloin steak, avocado, pickled jalapeños, fluffy scrambled eggs, and more tater tots than a middle school lunch plate (this is a good thing). Their house hot sauce on the side is excellent, and the crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside tater tots are ideal inside of it. The vegetarian version is also great.
