Uncle Paulie’s is the kind of cool, low-key deli this salad-worshipping neighborhood (Beverly Grove) needed. There’s no shtick here - it’s just a casual spot to pick up a deli sandwich during your lunch hour or a lazy Sunday afternoon when last night’s tequila shots are still making themselves known. Our favorites right now are the Italian combo or the artichoke caprese (add hot peppers), but don’t even think about leaving without one of their housemade cookies.
