Tire Shop Taqueria makes incredible carne asada, but that’s not even our favorite part of this place. Our favorite part is that Tire Shop Taqueria isn’t its real name. That’s just what people tend to call it because it’s in the parking lot of a used tire store, and eventually it stuck. Open from 6-11pm (midnight on the weekends), this tiny stand has long line, but the wait will be worth it.
