Located in the Hollywood Historic Hotel (and it is historic!), The Edmon essentially serves as the hotel’s lobby restaurant, but more importantly delivers a beautiful bar to an area of town that needed one. The large, art deco space feels like you’re drinking on the set of The Great Gatsby, and while the food isn’t going to blow your socks off, ordering the burger to wash down that rose gimlet is a move we will always endorse.
