Coolhaus started in 2009 as a humble food truck serving ice cream sandwiches wherever they could get a parking spot. Fast forward to now, and the Coohaus empire is in full force with trucks in three major cities, a shop in Culver City, and can be found in grocery stores from Santa Monica to Dubai. So what makes these sandwiches so special? The crazy-flavored ice cream. Think mascarpone & fig, coconut negroni, and milkshake & fries. But don't worry, these aren't crazy flavors for the sake of being crazy—they taste incredible too.
