Tentenyu is a Japanese ramen import that’s been serving hot bowls of noodles for over 40 years in Kyoto. Tentenyu’s distinguishing factor is that its broth is chicken-based, not pork - so it’s still fairly rich, but not so much that you want to fall asleep at your table. Also, you never have to wait in line.
