Can the build-your-own salad market ever be too crowded? Count us in the no column. Sweetgreen is the East Coast cult favorite that has commenced its full-blown LA invasion, bringing local ingredients, reasonable prices, and flat-out excellent salads to our health-conscious mouths. We’re pretty partial to the kale caesar, but it’s kind of hard to go wrong here.
