Sushi Hide
Where we've featured it
Over in Little Tokyo is Sushi Hide - a new sushi bar located on the third floor of the Japanese Village Plaza. All of the fish here is prepared Edo-mae style, a modern technique where the fish is marinated and preserved for a few days, and is sourced from the famed Toyosu fish market in Tokyo and various California vendors. The menu includes omakase cut roll boxes, hot pot sets, premium chirashis, and mega boxes of assorted nigiri, rolls, and chirashi. For one person, prices range from around $40 to $80, and megaboxes will land you in the $200-$400 range. Available for takeout, order through Tock.
