Small Town is an American place in a bungalow space in Silver Lake. It’s set back from Rowena, with hard-to-spot signage - but once you find it, you’ll see a patio full of mostly Silver Lake residents eating good American-ish food. The food is all fresh and simple, and it’s hard to go wrong with anything from the short menu. Start with the sesame dinner rolls and one of the salads, and go from there. Next time you have a date or a catch-up meal with friends on the Eastside, this is a great place to do it.

The Warehouse Restaurant
Marina Del Rey has a lot of strange restaurants. The Warehouse, with its kitschy nautical vibe and rowdy crowd, is the strangest.
Both neighborhood hangout and special occasion spot, Charcoal is sometimes a bit confusing, but not when it comes to their very tasty food.
