Despite a name that sounds like one of those ground-floor hotel restaurants that serves quilts by the register, this place is actually an under-the-radar brunch gem in West Hollywood. Located in a tiny bungalow just off Santa Monica Blvd., Scrumptious serves good, soul-curing breakfast with house-made pastries that are worth getting out of bed for. There are a few tables inside, but most of the action happens on the side patio. One thing to note: they don’t serve alcohol.
