There are lot of places to drink on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, but one of the nicest places to do so is the upstairs balcony at Saint & Second. This restaurant and bar serves a big gastropubby menu, but that’s probably not what you’re here for. You’re here for Happy Hour. It runs from 3 to 6pm during the week, and involves discounted food (try the charcuterie) and cocktails.
