Plan Check is one of the finest restaurant/bar combos in the city, and it also happens to be one of the best first date spots on the Westside. The Sawtelle location is much the same as the others around town - an ideal spot to grab a burger and a beer after work, or to head to if your visiting family finds the thought of non-instant ramen challenging. The fried chicken sandwich at Plan Check is as good as anything else you’ll find on this street.
